Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist

Role Overview

We seek a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to perform essential ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams with a focus on patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate imaging
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately within electronic medical records
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound practices
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Sonography or related field; CAAHEP accreditation preferred
• Certification from ARDMS or equivalent
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Technical proficiency in sonography and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
