Position Overview: Lead and manage inpatient and outpatient therapy services, collaborate with the Director of Therapy Services, and ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities: Assist in assessing and enhancing therapy services organization-wide, ensure optimal functioning of therapy departments, and provide therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments for a designated patient group in line with hospital policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management or related field; current OT, PT, or SLP license in Montana; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years' experience as a treating therapist.
Skills & Key Duties: Leadership in therapy service management, clinical evaluation, patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to hospital policies.
