Role: Regulatory Counsel (Ombudsman) responsible for mediating disputes, providing regulatory oversight, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to regulated products.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate independent dispute resolution, interpret laws, and assist in the development of regulations to ensure compliance and effective regulation.
Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a law degree (J.D. or LL.M.), have substantial regulatory experience, and possess strong interpretative and regulatory development skills. U.S. citizenship is required.
