- Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to understand their unique needs.
- Collaborating with departments to ensure coordinated care and providing direct patient support.
- Supporting fellow staff with complex cases and celebrating patient milestones.
- Valid RN license as per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and care planning skills.
