- Providing clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs
- Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures
- Delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state
- Preferred minimum of one year skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (must be current)
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and implement department programs and policies
