Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical team.
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care by assessing patients, developing and updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to ensure safe and effective care, maintain accurate electronic health records, and educate patients and families throughout treatment and discharge. Contribute to quality improvement and community health initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Current North Carolina RN license, nursing degree, with preferred med-surg experience. Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical assessment skills. Ability to work in a team-focused, inclusive environment that values empathy, continuous learning, and innovation.
