Registered Nurse (Homecare)

Position Overview

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in pediatric home health care, providing dedicated, one-on-one nursing in a patient's home. The focus is on caring for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, building consistent relationships with children and families, and practicing nursing with autonomy, purpose, and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused, skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
• Follow care plans and physician orders
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control
• Utilize clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide mentorship when needed
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current, active Texas RN license
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
• Ability to work independently and build trust with patients and families
