Responsibilities
- Deliver focused, skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
- Follow care plans and physician orders
- Maintain high standards of safety and infection control
- Utilize clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide mentorship when needed
- Current, active Texas RN license
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in-person)
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
- Ability to work independently and build trust with patients and families
