Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or a compact license, with ongoing compliance to licensing requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling
- Provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process
- Evaluate and improve care effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality care
