- Monitor patients closely during treatment, responding promptly to critical changes.
- Educate patients and families on home care, fluid restrictions, and dietary management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the appropriate state board.
- CPR certification (BLS) within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure.
- Preferred: Dialysis experience and at least 2 years of nursing experience.
