Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state or jurisdiction, with ongoing compliance.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
- Providing patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Assessing and evaluating patient needs and care outcomes
- Collaborating with healthcare team members
- Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld
- Performing duties consistent with organizational standards and values
