Role Overview

A Staff Pharmacist provides patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling on medication needs, administering immunizations, and supporting wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients, developing relationships and advocating for their wellbeing
• Ensure accurate and consistent medication dispensing, counseling, and immunizations
• Lead and model excellent customer service, resolving concerns effectively
• Stay informed on community health issues and support outreach activities
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and company policies
• Support inventory management, cost savings, and operational efficiency
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and ethical practice
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with valid pharmacy license
• Completion of accredited immunization training
• Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and foster collaborative relationships
