- Collaborates with healthcare team to deliver patient care and documents appropriately in patient records.
- Maintains constant visual observation for patients requiring close safety monitoring.
- Assists with equipment setup, cleaning, and room maintenance, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Supports clinicians with procedures within scope of practice and aids in patient transport.
- Communicates professionally with patients and colleagues, advocating for patient needs.
- Manages information per regulatory requirements and maintains organizational and nursing competencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Completion of nursing assistant program or relevant experience; CNA certification preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous hospital experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
