Qualifications & Skills: Requires a high school diploma, certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and registration as a Medication Technician. Must have CPR and First Aid certifications. Ability to understand instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively. Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
