Responsibilities include
For Medical Assistants: High school diploma, BLS certification, proficiency in vital signs, communication, and basic computer skills.
For Licensed Practical Nurses: Graduation from an accredited program, current LPN license in Missouri, BLS certification, and skills in patient history, education, and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities include
- performing vital signs, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a safe environment
- learning and executing diagnostic tests such as X-rays and non-waived testing
- supporting effective patient and staff relationships
- reacting calmly in emergency situations
- learning electronic systems for medical records and ordering
