- Accurately measure vital signs and collect routine patient data per protocols.
- Recognize and report high-risk situations, collaborate with clinical supervisors on care plans, and suggest referrals.
- Follow standards of care, protocols, and infection control policies; administer medications safely.
- Transcribe physician orders accurately, reinforce patient and family education, and demonstrate technical proficiency.
- Participate as a team member, show initiative, and adapt to various assignments.
- Current NY Practical Nurse license.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
