Responsibilities Include
- Providing patient-centered nursing care across various acuity levels, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent cases
- Supporting patients in their homes with empathy and professionalism
- Documenting care electronically using tablets in each patient's home
- Collaborating with a team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Flexible and adaptable to various shift schedules, including overnight shifts (8:00 pm–8:00 am)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
