We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, supervising nursing assistants, monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications required are an active LPN/LVN license, CPR/BLS certification (preferred), and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience, with long-term care experience being advantageous.
Key skills include strong clinical observation, medication administration, documentation, knowledge of regulations, effective communication, and proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
Additional duties involve coordinating admissions, participating in quality assurance, and ensuring resident safety and dignity.
