- Collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and manage patient care plans
- Obtaining patient histories and conducting examinations
- Reviewing and ordering diagnostic tests
- Managing treatment plans and adjusting as necessary
- Educating patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and care procedures
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with relevant clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of hematology-oncology conditions and treatments
- Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
