Role And Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader within the healthcare team, establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans promoting health or supporting peaceful death.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey.
- Maintain responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management per policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least one year of acute nursing experience.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
