Role: Full-time General Dentist in a well-established Sparks practice, serving the greater Reno market.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive general dentistry care, collaborate with in-house specialists, and support patient needs with clinical autonomy and high-quality service.
Support & Resources: Work with experienced dental assistants, hygienists, treatment coordinators, and leadership. Benefit from modern technology, operational support, marketing, and continuing education opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits: Production-based pay with a guaranteed daily rate during ramp-up, earning potential of $200,000–$400,000 , plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, malpractice insurance, and education support.
Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited school, active Nevada dental license or ability to obtain, current CPR, DEA registration, NPI number, and at least two years of experience preferred. New graduates encouraged to apply.
