Role: Clinical Laboratory Technologist Trainee in Histology

- Perform technical grossing and specimen processing following standard protocols
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as tissue processors and stainers
- Prepare slides via microtomy, manual cover slipping, and case compilation for pathology review
- Execute quality control checks and manage specimen logistics and documentation
- Conduct safety checks, handle chemical reagents, and maintain laboratory inventory and archives
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with computers; experience with laboratory information systems preferred
- High attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
- Pass standardized color vision screening
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- 3 months clinical laboratory testing experience preferred
Salary : $22 - $24
