Role: Cardiovascular Technologist specializing in diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures.
Responsibilities: Assist in performing procedures such as TAVR, Mitral Clip, Watchman, PFO closure, atherectomy, thrombectomy, IVUS, FFR, iFR, IABP, and Impella under physician supervision. Ensure patient care aligns with hospital policies, practice safety guidelines, foster teamwork through effective communication, and adapt to varied duties. Maintain all aspects of patient safety and support.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited cardiovascular or radiology program with cardiac experience; cath or EP lab experience preferred but not required. Two years of relevant experience is favored. Must possess ACLS & BLS certifications, CVT or RTR credentials, and obtain RCIS within six months; RCES required after 2 years of EP experience. Demonstrate organization, efficiency, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and effective communication. Ability to work varied hours and shifts, with a willingness to be on call.
Additional Details: Nonexempt, full-time role with benefits, requiring 80 hours per pay period. Schedule includes Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts, and on-call weekends/holidays.
