We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families, primarily working remotely with only one in-person visit per month.
Key responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical goals.
Qualifications required are an active BCBA certification, Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain), a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fields, and preferably experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
Compensation offers up to $80/hour, negotiable based on experience.
