Responsibilities: Build positive relationships, observe and document behaviors, support treatment goals, respond to emergencies, administer medications, assist with daily activities, transport residents, collect urine samples, facilitate groups, maintain confidentiality, and attend trainings.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and medical clearances, strong communication and teamwork skills, and professional boundaries.
Preferred Skills: Experience in behavioral health or related fields, coursework in social services, and relevant training such as DHS 83.
Work Environment: Residential setting requiring physical activity, outdoor supervision, and local travel. The role involves standing, walking, and supporting residents in a recovery-focused environment.
