Essential Duties
- Manage sales funnel for supply opportunities.
- Assist Account Executives in the targeting and qualifying of leads and opportunities.
- Create reports to track leads and opportunities from inception through closure.
- Manage administration, including coordinating training, career development, PTO requests, etc.
- Assist in budgeting process
- Maintain regular forecasts of performance vs. plan.
- Manages ongoing performance by monitoring and coaching Account Executives effectiveness and efficiency in relation to project attainments, client service, client relationship development and business profitability.
- Responsible for sales manpower planning within assigned businesses, contributes to planning for support requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of Vertical Market specific offerings
- Provide marketplace feedback, including competitive information, client expectations, industry trends, etc.
- Assist clients in answering technical questions about Boland supplies and products
- Visit and support client accounts
- Determine current market opportunities
- Increase sales to existing accounts
- Review and provide feedback on client support programs
- Identify client problems and/or needs
- Research and provide competitive parts sales data
- Lead sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, and upcoming itinerary
- Develop multiple relationships with key players in client operations
- Possess knowledge of the Boland product line to be able to demonstrate and discuss with clients
- Provide backup support for Account Executive associates.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 15 years of HVAC sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Mobility within the office and job sites
- Ability to work in standard office environment
- Willing to travel locally as required
