About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll work in high-traffic retail locations, actively engaging shoppers, educating them about available services, and helping them identify solutions that fit their household needs.
Rather than waiting for customers to approach you, you'll take the initiative to start conversations, build rapport, explain available promotions, and guide customers through the enrollment process.
Sales Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain branded promotional displays within retail locations
- Engage with customers and discuss their current internet, mobile, and entertainment services
- Present available service plans, features, and promotional offers
- Explain internet speed options, streaming capabilities, mobile coverage, and bundled savings opportunities
- Help customers compare plans based on their usage and lifestyle needs
- Complete customer enrollments using digital platforms and systems
- Ensure all promotions and customer interactions comply with company guidelines
- Track daily sales activity and performance metrics
- Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times
