Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and initiate conversations in retail settings
- Present internet, mobile, and bundled service options
- Explain promotions, pricing, and service benefits clearly
- Assess customer needs (streaming, gaming, remote work, etc.)
- Support on-site enrollments and ensure accurate processing
- Set up and maintain branded displays and event spaces
- Track daily applications and performance targets
