Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
• Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience in line with the brand’s standards.
• Welcome clients warmly, creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere.
• Understand and anticipate client needs through active listening and engaging dialogue.
• Offer tailored styling advice and in-depth product knowledge to meet client preferences.
Sales Excellence
• Drive sales by achieving or exceeding individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain a strong client book by developing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell across categories to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Brand Ambassadorship
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values, aesthetic, and vision of the fashion house.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and product offerings.
• Provide clients with insights into the story behind the designs, materials, and collections.
Operations
• Ensure the boutique is visually appealing and in line with the brand’s guidelines (e.g., merchandise presentation).
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and product transfers.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures to ensure the boutique runs efficiently.
