Gingie, a new restaurant from Chef Brian Lockwood & BRG, is an approachable fine-dining, contemporary American restaurant — a celebration of the kitchens, mentors, and worlds that shaped Chef Brian's craft. The experience is built around casual elegance and an inviting atmosphere, where innovative seasonal cuisine is shared, interactive, and grounded in unpretentious service. What You’ll Do
Execute Gingie’s full beverage program with precision, consistency, and pride
Prepare and maintain all bar mise en place using standardized recipes to support seamless service across shifts
Stock and maintain bar inventory to prescribed PAR levels
Produce classic and specialty cocktails with accuracy, proper technique, and attention to detail
Maintain consistent pour standards for all beer, wine, and spirits
Provide polished, attentive bar and dining room service aligned with established steps of service
Accurately ring all food and beverage items and handle guest payments with full accountability
Audit and balance cash and credit receipts as part of daily checkout procedures
Verify guest identification in accordance with BRG standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Support pacing and flow of service by communicating proactively with the FOH team
Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing duties efficiently
Who You Are
A skilled bartender with experience in elevated or craft-driven environments
Technically precise, detail-oriented, and confident in classic cocktail fundamentals
Guest-focused and naturally engaging without being overbearing
Calm and composed under pressure, with strong situational awareness
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and timing
Professional in presence and proud to represent the restaurant and brand
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous growth

Physical Requirements:
Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, & cleaning chemicals
Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces
Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
