As we continue to automate repetitive tasks, this role will evolve toward reporting, analysis, and workflow optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their technical and analytical skillset.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Generate and analyze reports using Excel, SQL, and Access to support business decisions and operational needs.
- Build queries, combine data from multiple sources, and develop repeatable reporting processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and workflow improvements using tools like Laserfiche.
- Provide cross-functional support to Category Management, Store Operations, Marketing, and IT with reliable data and reporting.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support internal users with data, reporting, and platform functionality.
- Partner with store teams and scan coordinators to quickly resolve pricing and product issues.
- Perform regular audits to maintain high data accuracy and consistency.
WHAT YOU BRING

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, process-improvement mindset.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-starter attitude with curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of experience working with data in a business or retail environment (a strong analytical mindset is more important than years of experience).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office required.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills required (ability to write queries, filter, and analyze data).
- Experience with data cleanup, reporting, automation, or process improvement is preferred (even personal projects count).
