Basic Qualifications:
Must have basic trouble shooting skills, ability to work under pressure, work well with others, self-motivated. Must have forklift experience in a production environment and basic maintenance skills. Strong commitment to safety. Willingness to work swing and graveyard shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Boiler experience. Hog fueled boiler experience is a plus. Loader experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Tending the boiler
Monitoring kilns
Loading/unloading kilns
Loading/unloading kiln charges
Record keeping
Environmental reporting
Clean up at boiler and kilns
Cleaning fuel cells
Boiler water tests
Working during boiler shutdowns
Doing minor repairs at the boiler and kilns
