Role
We’re seeking a loving, caring Preschool Teacher who truly delights in working with young children and wants to help shape their earliest learning experiences with patience and joy.
What you’ll do
- Create gentle, developmentally appropriate plans that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth
- Provide a calm, safe, and engaging classroom where each child feels seen and valued
- Encourage exploration through play, stories, art, and hands-on activities
- Observe and lovingly document children’s milestones and progress
- Communicate with families with warmth, respect, and openness
- Keep the classroom tidy, welcoming, and stimulating
- Work closely with colleagues to support a cohesive, caring team
- Follow all licensing and safety guidelines
Who you are
- You have at least 12 ECE units and experience in a preschool or childcare setting
- You genuinely love young children and enjoy nurturing their growth
- You are patient, compassionate, and skilled at building trusting relationships with children and families
- You’re reliable, responsible, and committed to creating a high-quality, loving classroom
- Strong communicator and team player
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
