We would love for you to join us and be part of the Boiling Point family!Purpose/Summary:The Human Resource Generalist/ Payroll is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works with Director in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out the responsibilities in employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law complianceDuties/Responsibilities:Manages the day-to-day operations for the geographic regions in Human Resources support to the Regional office in the specified geographic regionsMust coordinate implementation of all company policies to the regional staff including the Store Managers and Restaurant staffAssists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures including the employee handbook, on boarding paperwork, and any other procedures manualParticipates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems for the company and their specific geographic regionsHandles employee relations counseling, exit interviews, compensation negotiation, benefits administration, and will assist in scheduling training on an as-needed basisMaintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as neededEnsure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry into Payroll processing softwareManage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timelyMust maintain up to date knowledge and compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and labor lawsRecruits and interviews all potential candidates for all positions across the organization including posting job openings, processing job applications, managing resumes, arranging interviews, updating candidates, and will assist with new hire orientationMust be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelinesEnsure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conductMinimum Qualifications:2 years of experience in a Human Resources role and payrollAble to multitask and work in a team environmentMust be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite productsAll candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification processPhysical demands:Ability to continuously stand or walkAbility to bend and lift occasionallyWork environment:Work will be conducted in an office environment May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud We’ve come a long way since we opened our first location in 2004. Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
