Summary

They serve as the key link between our organizations’ clients and the project team, but their role extends beyond simple project management. Key Responsibilities
- Management and growth of accounts for client success and profitability
- Thinking strategically on behalf of clients and leading projects to successful outcomes
- Managing projects in a way that ensures on-time delivery, quality and cost control
- Lead and collaborate in the creation of marketing tools including brand copywriting, collateral design, websites and video production
- Contribute actively and creatively as part of team
- Assist in new business development through networking, meetings and drafting proposals
Competencies & Requirements
General
- Mastery of marketing communications
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Stong project management and organization.
Technical
- Highly proficient in professional writing
- Highly proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mail Chimp, etc.)
- Highly proficient in business communications tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRMs, Monday.com.)
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or greater in a related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 Years in marketing, communications or related roles.
- Preferred 8 Years
