Marketing Specialist - Ads Manager

The Launch Kit team is growing! We currently have a close knit crew of 8, this will be team member 9.

Responsibilities

Manage paid advertising campaigns for clients using Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will work closely on these projects with Launch Kit's Web Designers, Content Creators, Social Media Managers and Marketing Managers.
Work on website design projects with the web team. The plan is to have 20 websites under your management. For reference, a dedicated web designers manage 60 websites.

On a spectrum of artist to engineer, the digital marketing specialist should lean a towards engineer since the creative artist traits are strong amongst our team of Content Creators. This person will bring value to the team by being strong in ad platform back end management and reporting metrics.
Is interested in system building and automation.
Has an eye for design but might not necessarily be able to create the designs themselves.

Compensation & Benefits

Payment Schedule - Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit.
Bonus - Eligible for additional 10% of salary as a annual bonus after one year of employment.

Workplace

Hybrid work model - Welcome to work from home or in the Launch Kit office.
The team typically works in the Launch Kit office or the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The team typically works remotely on Tuesday and Thursday.
By default, the Launch Kit team only takes meetings on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays and reserves Tuesdays and Thursdays for uninterrupted work.
Launch Kit is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
