Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our online boutique warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, communicate with customers, and ensure smooth logistics processes.
Duties
- Supervise and help in daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient operations
- Answering customer queries and question via email and phone
- Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems, maintaining accurate stock counts and implementing inventory control measures
- Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase productivity across all warehouse functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management Knowledge of inventory management, materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and logistics coordination
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment; warehouse supervisor experience is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes and email communications
Hours - Monday thru Friday 9 to 4 PM Suggested (schedule can be flexible)
Warehouse Located 5 minutes from Downtown Woodstock
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
