Bohm is a hands-on real estate development and ownership company focused on adaptive reuse and creative mixed-use environments. Our flagship project, the Thorp Building, is a 250,000 SF historic property now home to a diverse ecosystem of over 90 tenants.
We are looking for a Property Accountant who wants more than a traditional accounting role. Someone interested in being part of the full lifecycle of real estate ownership, operations, and development.
The Role
This position is 85% accounting / 15% operational support, offering direct exposure to leadership, tenants, and real estate decision-making.
You will own the accounting function while also helping ensure the office and team operate smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Manage general ledger and GAAP compliance
- Perform CAM reconciliations and lease-based billing
- Interpret leases and manage tenant financial setups
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and audits
- Help implement Yardi and improve systems/processes
- Support light HR and office coordination
Who You Are
- Experienced in accounting (5 years), ideally in real estate
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong in Excel and financial analysis
- Able to interpret leases and connect them to financial outcomes
- Detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture

Compensation
$80,000 – $95,000 performance bonus benefits
