- We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to sell and lease Hyster-Yale industrial equipment, including forklifts and material handling solutions. You will identify new customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that improve their operations. This position reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products
- Find new clients through directories, referrals, and industry events
- Provide detailed product information and technical support
- Prepare and submit contracts, leasing agreements, and quotes
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by management
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products
- Represent Bohl at trade association meetings when needed
- Stop production if unsafe conditions or poor quality are found
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in equipment rental, sales, or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of equipment and technical specifications
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage inventory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
