Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
These duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Customer Service (Answering phones, scheduling appointments, check in and check out of customers)
- Managing Spa Inventory
- Managing back of house spa supplies (Sheets, towels, laundry, bathrooms, sauna, and soaking tub).
- Developing new products for the spa for retail & in house treatments (seasonal products, aromatherapy sprays, body oils, perfume oils, bath salts, bath oils.
- Making retail products & in house products for 2 locations.
- Making sure the treatment team has all available supplies ready for services each day.
- Keeping the spa clean and tidy for the customer's we serve.
- Cleaning Infrared Sauna, and Soaking tub.
- Performing prep services for customer's (Soaks, Sauna, Foot Soak, Steam Canopy)
- Helping to change sheets for treatments
