VISION: Multi-plant and highly automated manufacturer has grown to over $200M due to ingenuity on product design, quality, and OTD. 2024 was a record year for revenues and profits. Leadership has invested heavily in infrastructure (i.e., capital equipment, technology), employee wellness, and customer satisfaction.
OPPORTUNITY: Report to Corporate Controller, managed a team of three, and be responsible for overseeing the entire credit application process, conducting in-depth credit evaluations, minimizing risk exposure, and approving or denying credit terms. Partner closely with Sales on B2B payment terms, discounts, financing and customer relations.
Company is in the process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics and continually looking at ways to improve processes and efficiencies. Partner with leadership on the integration of receivables, credit, and collections of a recent acquisition. Manage disputes and collections on overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution with clients. Prepare and present detailed credit reports and analysis to management for strategic decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA ideal. Must have strong Excel skills and worked with ERP systems. Ideal candidate is a proven Credit Manager who is a mentor and developer of talent, strong communicator, as hands on as necessary, proactive, and has strong analytical skills coming from a B2B setting with over $100M in revenues.
REWARD: $110,000-$140,000, plus bonus, excellent benefits and great culture. No relocation offered.
