Essential Functions of the Job
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Assist guests with questions and make recommendations based off guests’ needs and preferences.
- Abide by local and federal alcohol regulations.
- Abide by local and federal health and safety standards.
- Accurately perform cash and credit card transactions.
- Prepare, stock, and clean the bar area.
- Exhibit and promote safe practices including the control of alcohol consumption; report any unsafe conditions or situations to the Supervisor / Manager on duty.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude toward guests and staff.
Non-Essential Functions of the Job
- Perform other related tasks, as necessary.
Requirements
- Passionate about Bogus Basin’s Mission.
- Experience as a server or bartender preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work mid-May through mid-October.

- Bar/restaurant environment.
- Both inside and outside.
