HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

We are looking for an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer.
Job Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, ductwork, ventilation and sheet metal to company standards, for a wide variety of residential and light commercial systems. Provide customers with a high-quality experience. We would also like someone who can fabricate, assemble sheet metal ducts, and fabricate and install gutters and downspouts.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)
- 40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)
- 401K retirement with up to 6% match from company.
- 10 paid holidays.
- Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work.
Work Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Pay Range: $40.00 to $45.00/ hr.- Depending on Experience
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as a residential installation technician.
- 1 year as a sheet metal fabricator.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.(minimum of 3 years to be insurable)
- Experience making repair and replace decisions.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
Qualifications desired:
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- Possess tools needed
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
