Someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. Job Summary: To assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.Benefits:Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)401K retirement with up to 6% match from company.10 paid holidays.Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work.Work Hours: 7:30am-4pmPay Range: $30.00/hr.-$35.00/hr.- Depending on Experience Required Qualifications:1 year's experience as a residential or commercial HVAC installerValid driver's license (with 3 years of driving experience) and insurable driving recordWillingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.Follow directions as given, written and verbal.Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.Safe use of ladders.Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES.Understand how to use a tape measure.Arrive on time daily.Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service and installation of HVAC equipment.Dress in a workman like manner.Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.Unloading/Stocking supplies and equipment.Unloading/Loading truck.Cut & drill holes.Ability to fill out a daily timecard accurately. Be able to carry 100 pounds.Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus.Possesses both written and verbal English language skills.Demonstrate willingness and commitment to developing customer service skills.Qualifications desired:Excellent verbal skillsProfessional phone skillsStrong interpersonal skillsEnergetic personality Well organized and the ability to work independentlyPlease do not call or walk-in the office.
