Sales Associate – Boggi Milano | Bloomingdale’s Chestnut Hill

As a Sales Associate for Boggi Milano within Bloomingdale’s, you will represent the sophistication and craftsmanship of Italian menswear while delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will serve as a trusted style advisor, building long-term client relationships, driving sales performance, and acting as a brand ambassador within a prestigious department store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience by welcoming clients and providing expert styling advice on Boggi Milano collections.
• Act as a brand ambassador, consistently presenting a professional image aligned with Boggi Milano’s aesthetic, values, and service standards.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through effective upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling techniques.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to strengthen brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge, including fit, fabric, tailoring, and seasonal collections, to inform and inspire clients.
• Optimize each phase of the customer journey by:
• Identifying explicit and implicit customer needs
• Presenting and recommending appropriate products
• Encouraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Verifying satisfaction and responding to client requests
• Accurately collect and maintain customer information to support CRM, loyalty, and follow-up initiatives.
• Guide customers through checkout, including transaction processing, packaging, and courteous closing of the sale.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, ensuring product presentation reflects brand guidelines and Bloomingdale’s expectations.
• Assist with inventory management, replenishment, and stock organization as needed.
• Contribute to the overall upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of the concession space.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and store partners to foster a positive, productive team environment.
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Capability to reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and stoop as required.
• Frequent use of computers, POS systems, handheld devices, and registers.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  
  

Job Status: Full-Time or Part- Time /Non-Exempt

Pay Transparency: This position pay’s $20.00–$23.00 per hour Commission.. In compliance with the Massachusetts Equal Pay Act, we do not request or consider your current or past wages.
