We are seeking a dependable Sales & Operations Coordinator in the Holland area to support customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication via phone and email
- Process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and new account setup
- Coordinate LTL and small parcel shipments
- Prepare shipping and compliance documentation
- Maintain inventory, batch records, and Certificates of Conformance
- Analyze sales trends and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Work closely with warehouse and office staff to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or account coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with Sage50 and CRM preferred
Position Details
- Part-time approx. 24hrs/week
