Full-Time | In-OfficeWe are seeking an Office Manager in the Holland area to oversee daily office operations, customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, inventory administration, and accounting support. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, the warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications, account setup, quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including compliance documentation
- Maintain inventory records, product batch documentation, and Certificates of Conformance
- Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Assist with accounts receivable, payment collection, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate daily with warehouse staff to support inventory management and on-time shipments
- Ensure office processes, records, and customer information are accurate and up to date
- Provide administrative and operational support across the organization as needed
- 3 years of experience in office administration, operations, customer service, or a related role
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Sage 50, and CRM are a plus
- Experience with shipping, inventory, accounting, or ERP systems is a plus
- Full-time, in-office position
