What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver strong class experiences by teaching 3–6 BODYBAR Pilates classes per week with consistency, professionalism, and energy.
- Support instructor performance by helping maintain accountability around scheduling, preparedness, and overall class quality.
- Own the class schedule by managing instructor availability, ensuring coverage, and supporting adjustments based on studio demand.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring class performance and supporting data-informed decisions that improve utilization and consistency.
- Support recruiting and onboarding by assisting with instructor hiring, integration, and ongoing team support.
- Partner with leadership on key initiatives including workshops, instructor evaluations, and community events.
- Maintain studio readiness by supporting equipment upkeep and ensuring the studio environment meets BODYBAR standards.
- Foster a strong studio community by engaging with members before and after class and contributing to a positive, welcoming environment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in the fitness industry, with leadership or management experience
- Confident using Google Workspace and quick to learn new tech
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communicator—both verbal and written
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Passionate about fitness, Pilates, and creating a strong member experience
