Sales Manager – CB Pilates
Location: Hybrid (Local presence required for events, studio visits, and local partnerships)

As we grow, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to help us bring more people into our studios and elevate our brand presence locally and digitally.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will lead and execute all marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, drives sales and brand visibility, and member acquisition across our four studios. This role blends digital marketing, grassroots community outreach, social media strategy, revenue and membership generation, and brand storytelling. You will work closely with the Regional Manager, General Managers and Lead Instructors to support local efforts, while also building a centralized marketing strategy that supports company growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

DUTIES
- Achieve Gross and New Membership Down monthly goals
- Increase revenue by selling new memberships, upgrades, privates, retail, and promoting teacher training programs
- Lead generation including grassroot events with collaborations and partnerships
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Complete at least 50 prospect tasks per shift and book 2 intros per shift
- Generate at least 50 SM Grassroots leads per month.
- Manage and answer SM emails
- Manage and answer studio emails, voicemails, and texts
- Monthly meetings with corporate sales representative and marketing sales representative
- Attend/listen to corporate sales and marketing role playing calls/recordings
- Event flyers for grassroots events for in studio
- Work 1 front desk shift per week
- Work 1-2 additional in studio shifts per week
- Update reporting for LASERR Calc prior to WIG meeting
- Attend weekly WIG call
- RSM weekly meeting
- Maintenance social media DM’s, comments, new followers, and shares with lead generation process
- Post grassroot event flyers on stories
- Send Closing Summary at the end of each in studio shift on the FD Hours shared sheet to the GM email
- Split commission for intros biweekly by 2:00 pm on Sundays in time for payroll
- Ensure there are no prospect elephant tasks
- Maintenance birthdays for all prospects and expired members to convert into memberships
- Lead generation for cancelled members to invite back for membership
- Initial interviews and train/roleplay with ASM at their home studio: set weekly ASM goals and commitments; train/roleplay promotions, train to keep metrics on LASESRR Calc at minimums or higher for intros/member conversions, and keep prospect elephant tasks at zero.
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in wellness, fitness, or boutique lifestyle brands.
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns and community-based marketing.
- Strong digital marketing skills (email, social, basic paid ads).
Experience with grassroots and event marketing
Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and technologies, with a strong desire to continuously learn and experiment with ways to apply AI to improve workflows, increase productivity, and enhance team efficiency across departments. Act as an internal resource for identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that support smarter, faster, and more scalable work processes.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

- Data-driven decision-maker with knowledge of marketing KPIs and ROI tracking.

Compensation & Benefits
