Responsibilities
- Design and lead Pilates classes and individualized sessions suitable for various fitness levels and rehabilitation needs.
- Collaborate with physical therapists to align Pilates exercises with patient treatment plans.
- Demonstrate correct techniques and ensure safe practice among participants.
- Assess participant progress and provide feedback to support improvement.
- Modify Pilates routines to accommodate injuries, limitations, or special conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Stay updated on Pilates methods, techniques, and industry trends to enhance instruction quality.
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program.
- Experience teaching Pilates in a clinical or fitness setting preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and rehabilitation principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create and adapt Pilates programs to meet diverse client needs.
