Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment protocols, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes.
- Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques, practices, and technologies through continuous education.
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and related therapeutic exercises.
- Proven experience in assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning about new physical therapy methods.
Compensation & Benefits
- $38/hr Performance Bonuses (Up to $43/hr Total Potential)
- Time off: 3 weeks PTO
